1. Scope of Work
The project scope (pages, features, and deliverables) is agreed upon before work begins, in person or via email. Any additions requested after work has started (extra pages, new features, redesigns) are treated as separate work and billed accordingly at the applicable add-on rate.
2. Payment
A 50% advance payment is required before any design or development work begins. The remaining 50% is due on delivery, before the website goes live or files are handed over. Work does not start until the advance is received.
Payments are accepted via UPI, bank transfer, or any mutually agreed method.
3. Revisions
Each package includes a fixed number of revision rounds:
- Starter: 1 revision round
- Pro: 2 revision rounds
A revision round means one consolidated set of feedback, not multiple back-and-forth cycles. Additional revision rounds are available as an add-on at ₹500 per round. Revisions must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
4. Timeline
Estimated timelines (5–7 days for Starter, 7–10 days for Pro) are based on the assumption that the client provides content, feedback, and approvals promptly. Delays caused by slow client response, missing content, or scope changes will extend the timeline accordingly. Timelines are estimates, not guarantees.
5. Ownership
Upon receipt of the final payment, full ownership of the website (including design files, source code, and all related assets) transfers to the client. Until final payment is received, all work remains the property of Govind Yadav.
6. Third-Party Services
Websites may depend on third-party services such as domain registrars, hosting providers, email providers, and Google Analytics. Govind Yadav is not responsible for downtime, data loss, pricing changes, or policy changes by these providers. Assistance with annual renewal of these services is available as an add-on.
7. Cancellation
If the client cancels the project after work has begun, the 50% advance is non-refundable. The remaining balance is not charged. See the Refund Policy for full details.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved through mutual discussion in good faith via email or in person.
